All crew members and skippers of our flotilla will meet on arrival day at 11:00 a.m. at a café near the harbor. Your skipper will post the exact location in the crew chat. There, we will meet for the first time and plan our weekly shopping. Typically, we will need up to 3 hours for the shopping, so please be patient – an arrival day in the harbor can sometimes be chaotic. After storing our provisions and settling into our berths, we will start with a safety briefing and have time to relax. Now that we have mastered our first day as a crew and have prepared the yacht to set sail the next day, the only question remaining is: Shall we cook dinner on board or dine out at a restaurant?

Amid emerald green waters lies a breathtaking scenery of otherworldly limestone cliffs, rising up 300 meters from the water. The steep rock walls are often covered with mangroves, showcasing unparalleled nature. The few locals living in Phang Nga Bay earn their livelihood as simple fishermen, with bamboo stilt houses directly on the beach serving as their homes.

In Ko Hong North, you can reach an undisturbed magical lagoon by dinghy. During high tide, you can swim in the chest-high warm water up to the mangroves. During low tide, when the water goes out, the lagoon's marine life, including numerous crabs and starfish, is revealed.

The famous Railey Beach is only accessible by boat. It is surrounded by steep, palm-covered mountains that rise vertically from the ocean, forming a wall hiding the beach from mainland tourists. Climbers from around the world hang on the limestone cliffs, but this does not disturb the relaxed and soothing atmosphere in the slightest.

A place for true explorers, far from the big resorts. We enjoy authentic island life on golden beaches and in rustic hippie bars right on the sand. Our highlight: an evening in one of these laid-back hippie bars on the beach. With a drink in hand, surrounded by driftwood and lanterns, we feel absolute freedom and the real, relaxed spirit of Thailand.

Ko Lanta offers everything we need for a perfect shore excursion. We enjoy the lively beach, soak up the sun, and relax in cozy bars and restaurants. There’s also the option to shop for fresh fruits at the market or indulge in delicious street food! In the afternoon, anyone who feels like it can explore the island and take in the stunning views of the lush green landscapes.

The southern part of Ko Lanta is far less populated than the north and its relaxed atmosphere is enticing. We anchor here in a bay in front of a long, gleaming white sand beach. Live music, chill beach bars, and incredibly sumptuous food await us. And for those who want to burn off some energy after eating, how about a round of beach volleyball?

While sailing in Thailand, you have to visit the twin islands of Ko Rok Nok and Ko Rok Noi, which are separated only by a narrow channel. Here, you'll find sheltered anchorage and excellent snorkeling. Colourful corals and tropical fish, almost feeding out of your hand, invite you to explore underwater. The numerous white sandy beaches with turquoise waters are perfect for exploring by dinghy.

Ko Phi Phi is waiting for us! Since the movie The Beach, the island has been famous worldwide—even though the film was actually shot on the small neighboring island of Ko Phi Phi Leh. The famous Maya Bay, where most of the scenes were filmed, was closed for years to allow the beach and coral reefs to recover. Now, it is open again and more stunning than ever. We’ll end the day with a delicious meal at one of the beachside restaurants, perhaps with a cocktail or two in hand, relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere.

Ko Racha Yai is a paradise for snorkelers and marine life enthusiasts while sailing in Thailand, as the bays are teeming with a variety of aquatic creatures. Additionally, our anchorage is right by a sandy beach with small bars, inviting you to kick back and chill with a cocktail. And for those who crave absolute relaxation, a Thai massage is a must.

Today it's "Time to say goodbye". The final check-out is at 12:00 p.m., which means we must leave the boat clean by then. Your departure ideally should be scheduled for after 4:00 p.m. on the day of departure so that you can have a leisurely breakfast with your crew after your sailing trip.

"Thailand offers an incredibly beautiful sailing with its stunning islands and bays. My highlight was observing the bats and glowing plankton in a cave at night! A completely different culture and many beautiful coves and beaches."

"Riding scooters on Koh Lanta, partying on Ko Phi Phi, swimming through the Emerald Cave as the first crew early in the morning, and the most beautiful island for me: Ko Rok Yai!"

"Seriously?! Where do I begin?! Skipper: awesome. The crew: fantastic. The sailing area: stunning. The only downside I noticed: I didn't have enough vacation time."
