Packing list for your sailing trip

You'll want to bring everything you need with you for your perfect sailing trip - so we made this list to help! The less clothes you take with you on a Sailing Tour, the less chaos there is in your cabin. Also keep in mind that you hardly need any walking/active clothes while sailing and that there are not many clothes racks on the boat. Clean towels and bedding are included, so no need to bring your own.

A suitcase takes up too much space in your cabin - it's better to take a foldable bag / duffel bag or backpack with you. For products such as sunscreen, shower gel and detergent, you and your Crew can also organize in the Crew-Chat before the Tour starts who can bring what, and collect biodegradable family packs together - less to pack, less packing waste, and it's better for the environment!

Robust pants (e.g. old jeans)
Boat shoes (closed, light sole, salt water resistant, quick drying, light and airy; chucks are quite suitable)
Sailing gloves (or gloves with half fingers or working gloves with cut fingertips)
Rubber shoes (against sea urchins)

Fins, snorkel, diving mask (depending on the area, the charter company provides a small amount of equipment; it's best to ask your skipper)
Easy reading (the relaxed mood and waves make it difficult to read complicated texts)
Air mattress (the previous crew may have a lot to give away - ask your skipper in the crew chat)
Hammock (it's enough to have one on board, discuss in the Crew Chat who'll bring one)
Bluetooth speaker (can be used for trips to the beach or for enjoying a sundowner on the bow of the yacht)
