Each Tour page has a detailed list of what is included in the Tour Price, and what you will otherwise need to pay for yourself. The Tour Price refers to the cost of the Tour, accommodation and any included activities. Each Tour then has a Crew Cashbox (see below); your flights to and from the destination country and any optional activities that your can plan in with your Crew are paid by you individually, and all vary depending on the Tour. 

The most popular activities are included in the Tour price, but on each Tour page we list ideas for possible, optional activities. These are all clearly listed as "optional", and you only need to pay for it, if you choose to participate in it.

In the event of a boat damage, the deductible of the deposit (max. € 250 per boat and crew, i.e. approx. € 30 per person with 8 participants on the yacht) is covered equally among the whole group, unless an individual/specific individuals are clearly at fault and the damage was caused by gross negligence or dangerous/inappropriate behaviour.

Every group has a Crew Cashbox for the Tour. All Crew members pay the same amount in at the start of the Tour, and someone is nominated to be responsible for the Cashbox. We recommend this to make paying for group expenses easier. 

On each Tour page (under "What's Included?"), you can see what to expect per Tour, depending on the expenses in each destination. 

You can decide as a Crew what is paid for: we recommend paying for shared expenses for all participants (food for the accommodation, fuel for hire cars/public transport costs, mooring costs for yachts), but if you Crew wants to, you can also pay for your restaurant visits from the Cashbox. 

Any money leftover in the Cashbox at the end of the Tour will be split evenly between all Crew members. It's rare that you have to pay more into the Cashbox, as our recommendation is well calculated and based off of countless successful Tours we've already led. 

Traditionally, the Guide's food is taken care of from the Cashbox, and he/she is invited out when visiting a restaurant.
