After registering for the After Season Party, cancellation of the booked events is unfortunately not possible for organizational reasons. This applies to all events selected by the participant.

The events will be accompanied by a photographer who will take photos during the event. These photos will be used for internal marketing purposes and may appear on the Join The Crew website as well as on Facebook and Instagram. As with the sailing trips, the photos will first be uploaded to a hidden gallery, where you can delete any photos before they are published online. By booking, you agree to this and transfer the usage rights of the images to Join The Crew.

The place of jurisdiction is the participant’s place of residence.

Should any parts of this agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by provisions that most closely reflect the intent and purpose of this agreement.
