On a Join The Crew Tour, you have the chance to experience a wide variety of outdoor activities. So that you pack everything you need (and don't forget anything!), we've made a list of the most important things you'll need on a Trekking Tour. We can't wait for an awesome week with you - so get packing!

Hiking

Hiking boots (good quality, past the ankle)
Backpack (approx. 55 L) + Rain cover
Hiking sticks (makes walking easier, lighter on the joints)
Water bottle/hydration pack (the latter is better, as you can drink with unpacking). Minimum volume of total 2 litres
Sunglasses (with UV-protection) & sun-cream (don't forget your lips!)
Lunchbox/container

Calorie-rich breakfast food (Bread, cheese, salami, muesli)
Fast-releasing high-energy foods for hiking (nuts, dried fruits, chocolate, muesli bars)

Hygiene
