In order to reduce the risk of infection from Coronavirus during our Tours, all participants:

• must provide a negative test result (PCR or lateral flow), from within the last 72 hours, or proof of full vaccination (second dose received more than 14 days previously)
• must not have entered a high-risk/variant region in the 14 days prior to Tour start

Testing before returning home
Depending on location, a negative test is often required when re-entering the UK. Together with our local partners, we'll do our best to help our participants get tested before returning home, planning it in with the Tour.

Unfortunately, due to uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus and travel, we cannot guarantee safety for all of our Tours. That being said, the relaxed nature of our concept helps us to be optimistic:

• Most of out Tour destinations are in Europe, mainly within the EU
• All of our Tours are made up of small groups - we can react quickly and calmly to what happens on location, and even split into smaller groups if that's required

Always check government guidance and policy regarding travel. From experience however, there is usually no problem: more than 95% of our planned Tours took place!

Although we can't 100% guarantee no complications due to the virus, we can promise that booking with Join The Crew exponentially increases your chances of enjoying a once in a lifetime outdoor holiday with cool people :)

One of the best parts of a Join The Crew Tour is that we always travel in small groups, and spend most of our time outdoors. That alone massively decreases the chances of contracting the virus!

Currently, no participants on our Tours have contracted Coronavirus.

We have no specific behaviour rules during a Tour, but we comply with the regulations in each destination we visit across Europe and around the world. Corona-related regulations have minimally affected our Tours: we've been able to travel at will, and only needed to wear masks in shops and restaurants. 

All participants on our Tours must confirm on arrival, that they have had no known contact to anyone infected with the virus.

Here's the "worst case scenario": the pandemic worsens, leading to harsher restrictions on travel. Should this happen, we will not be able to lead Tours. If this happens, you can transfer your payments to later Tour (if there are openings) or receive a voucher equal to your payments Join The Crew for three years.
