1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by WILD VENTURES Sp. z o.o., operating under the brand Join The Crew.
2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 20 to 39 years.

No sailing experience required.
-
Employees of WILD VENTURES Sp. z o.o. and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

Participants must hold a valid passport and be able to travel to Greece on the specified trip dates.
3. Entry

Entry is made by completing the Sail & Clean Quiz.

A valid email address must be provided.
-
Subscription to the Join The Crew newsletter is required for participation.

Each person may only enter once.
4. Prize
-
8 free spots will be raffled for the 8-day Sail & Clean Peloponnese Tour from 25 Oct – 01 Nov 2025.
-
Included in the prize: accommodation on the yacht, skipper services, participation in the daily beach cleanups.
-
Not included: travel to/from Greece, the shared on-board kitty, and personal expenses.
5. Selection of Winners

Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

The draw will take place on 08 Sep 2025.

Winners will be notified by email within 1 day.
6. Responsibilities of Winners
-
Winners must confirm their participation within 7 days after notification.

If no confirmation is received, the spot will be reallocated.

Winners are responsible for organizing their own travel to and from the departure port.

During the trip, Join The Crew’s safety and conduct rules apply.
7. Photo and Video Recordings

During the trip, photos and videos may be taken by Join The Crew or contracted content creators.

By entering the giveaway and – in the event of winning – participating in the trip, participants agree that they may appear in such recordings.

The recordings may be used by WILD VENTURES Sp. z o.o. (Join The Crew) without limitation in time, territory, or content for marketing and communication purposes (e.g. website, social media, newsletter, print materials).
8. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed exclusively by WILD VENTURES Sp. z o.o. (Join The Crew).

Data will be used for the execution of the giveaway and for sending information and offers about tours and promotions.

Participants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability

WILD VENTURES Sp. z o.o. accepts no liability for costs, damages, or injuries incurred during travel or participation.

WILD VENTURES Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Poland apply.

Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the participants’ country of residence remain unaffected.
