• We’ll meet at 8:00 AM at Munich Central Station and travel together by public transport to Lake Chiemsee, arriving at around 9:30 AM.
• If you’re not starting directly from Munich, you can also join us at the starting point at Lake Chiemsee at 9:30 AM. We’ll coordinate travel arrangements and the exact meeting point in the crew chat.
• The return journey starts at around 5:00 PM, with arrival at Munich Central Station scheduled for around 7:00 PM.
• A Deutschlandticket or Bayern Ticket is sufficient for the journey.

No, not at all. Our JTC skippers will take care of steering and explain everything you need to know. If you’d like to get involved and take the helm yourself, you’ll have the opportunity to do so.

Absolutely, if you’d like to! Our skippers will be happy to show you the basics. You don’t have to — but you’ll want to.

Light rain or wind won’t stop us from sailing — it’s all part of the experience. Our skippers keep an eye on the weather and will decide on the day what’s possible. In case of severe weather, we’ll find a solution together.
