Real sailing adventures come to life in the Cyclades. Beyond stunning views, the Greek archipelago offers some of the Mediterranean’s most dynamic sailing, with strong winds and thrilling island crossings. This is hands-on sailing where the boat truly moves. After the sails are down, pure magic awaits: traditional white villages, peaceful secluded coves, and the perfect balance of strong Aegean winds and island discovery.
In the Cyclades, the focus is on shared sailing fun. Old towns and extraordinary beaches are the icing on the cake.

Culture
The Cyclades are known for their characteristic white buildings with blue domes, which characterize the islands of Santorini and Mykonos.
The islands have a rich tradition in weaving, pottery, and church building. Local festivals, known as "Panigyria," are frequent on the islands and offer dance, food, and music until the early hours of the morning.

All crew members and skippers of our flotilla meet on Saturdays at 11:00 AM at a café near the harbor. Your skipper will post the exact location in the crew chat. There we will meet for the first time and plan your week's shopping. Typically, we need up to 3 hours for shopping, so if the logistics take a little longer, please be patient - Saturdays in the harbor can sometimes be chaotic. After stowing our provisions and settling into our bunks, we'll start with a safety briefing and have time to relax. Now that we've mastered our first day as a crew and have the yacht ready to set sail tomorrow, there's only one question left: Shall we cook dinner on board or head to a restaurant?

After sailing through the Cyclades Islands, you will suddenly find yourself in a bustling city, pulsating with its urban rhythms. Ermoupolis, the capital of Syros island and Cyclades province, is the largest city far and wide and has a huge port. Outside the city, on the opposite side of the island, there is an impressive, deeply incised bay: Grammata.

In Serifos, you'll find one of the most beautiful Horas in the Cyclades. A Hora is an old capital on the Greek islands, typically built on the peak of a mountain for defense. Those who make it all the way to the top through the shady alleyways lined by quaint white houses with blue window frames will enjoy a breathtaking view.

Milos is an island of volcanic origin. Colorful houses built right on the shore are used as sheds for fishing boats in the winter. Overall, Milos is the island of colors, with the dazzling white moon-like landscape of Sarakiniko or the sulfur-yellow cliffs in Paleochori.

The small, sleepy port town of Loutra is located on the eastern coast of Kythnos. Here, there is a hot spring whose water is channeled directly into the sea via an aqueduct - the perfect spot to enjoy a cold beer. On the other side of the island lies a very special beach that connects the island of Kythnos with a tiny offshore islet with a narrow strip of sand, creating a beach with sea on both sides!

If you want to experience authentic Greece and are reluctant to share the wonderful sandy beaches and small fishing ports with other package tourists, you'll find what you're looking for on Kea, where you will be one of the only tourists in sight. Strolling through the alleys feels like walking through a caricature of Southern European port cities: Elderly Greeks sit in front of their homes, leisurely sipping their coffee and chatting about everything under the sun.

The charming fishing village of Naoussa in the north of Paros captivates every time. Whitewashed houses, elegant shops, cobblestone streets, and above all: fresh fish. In the countless taverns, we can indulge in a variety of specialties. For those who feel like doing something afterward, a stroll along the old fortress at sunset is a must.

Today it's "Time to say goodbye". The final check-out is at 9:00 a.m., so we must leave the boat clean by then. Ideally, your departure should be on Saturday after 12:00 PM, so you can have a peaceful breakfast with your crew after a week of sailing. If that's not possible, you can book your return flight for Saturday at 7:00 AM at the earliest.
